Prize Codes
If you have received a Nebador post card, book mark, or business card that says "prize code on back," you can send the number to the author in an email, and he will mail your prize to you. Prizes (randomly selected)
What are great silver pieces worth? It's changing all the time. You can find the current price of precious metals at Kitco. Details You do not have to buy anything, or give any information other than the absolute minimum to allow the author to mail your prize. All the author needs is a mailing address. If you are a young person, please be sure a parent approves of the address you give. It can be your home, a P.O. Box, a parent's workplace, or anything else that will allow the prize to get to you. The author does not need your real name, but if he is sending the prize to a workplace, a name is probably necessary. After sending your prize, the author will not use your address again for any purpose, nor give it to anyone else. He will only put your first name (real or not) and your country, state, or province on the Winners page as a record of prizes given. For example: Prize 1234: Gandalf, Middle Earth, a great silver piece Only one prize is given for each prize code. Make sure you send an email before letting anyone else find out your code, or your prize could disappear. Once you send your code, please cross it out so no one else will try to use it, because it wouldn't work. The author's manuscript readers, critiquers, and publishing assistants may not receive prizes because they help distribute the price codes. Only one prize will be sent to any one mailing address.
